β€œIn 2019 I met Lauren Cano through work. I was pregnant at the time and she introduced me to Keto for the first time and how she had been successful in losing weight. Prior to being pregnant I had always struggled with weight as a child. As an adult I tried different diets and even went to a weight loss doctor. It helped for a while but it was never something I stuck to consistently.

A month after giving birth I started a Keto program with Lauren that was more than just about losing weight. She motivated me and believed in me more than I did at times. She taught me different ways to work out and how to manage my time around being a new mom but also learning to take care of myself. During my start on Keto I would send her what I ate throughout the day, water intake, and workouts. It held me accountable to what I ate and she advised me on anything I needed to change. We did weekly weigh-ins that were very exciting. In my first week I lost 6lbs. Lauren was just as excited and happy as I was. It wasn't always easy to be consistent and did have bumps along the road that is far from over but I am 100% sure if it weren't for Laurens guidance, motivation, kindness, and expertise I would have given up a long time ago. Keto is not just a diet for me. It is a lifestyle choice I made for myself and my family. I couldn't thank her enough. I weighed 285 pounds when I started Keto. I currently weigh 234 pounds.
